I'd like to make a recommendation if I may...my future daughter-in-law's father has a business which caters out of Caldwell....Dave & Jerry's and I have tried their food and it is GREAT! They can do anything from BBQ (their specialty) to steaks, roast, pork tenderloin, enchiladas, chicken fried steaks, fajitas, anything you want. Great sides also. I believe they can do anything from casual to formal and you would be happy! Give them a call and tell Jerry that you are a friend of his future son-in-law's mom (Ronda). Phone number 567-9713. If you want to sample some of their barbecued meats (chicken, pork ribs, pork butts, boneless pork loin, brisket, sausage) they sell by the pound on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am until sold out.
