Ok, so the story is, I work at an aparment complex and I am in charge of the maintenance guys, well this is in their shop at the back of the property. It's their "mascot" Needless to say, they find really weird stuff in apartments when the students move out, they found just the body part with the a&m shirt in someone's closet and have just been adding stuff that they find to it. Nope not at all. However their were some changes in the new 4.0 software. They are processing images as PNG now instead of jpg. So the Shiznip txt messaging portion had to be modified to support this. - | |

schools or rewarding high-performing and/or improving schools?

I believe there is a problem in sanctioning low performance schools, because with out sanctioning, or not enough sanctioning in the low performance of schools maybe they would better to become higher performance. I think? | |
